What We Do

Listing

A stock exchange for main street businesses.

Whether you are a startup founder looking to grow and get your product into the market, a small public company, or a large public company, our unique set of stock exchange marketplaces will act as a bridge connecting your company to the American investing public.

Access

Problem

Getting timely access to capital for small businesses can be difficult if not impossible. Survival of early-stage businesses is threatened without access to capital.

Our dual exchange solution, venture exchange and national market system exchange, will act as a bridge from your company to the entire American investing public, so you can access public capital markets.

Regulation

Problem

The regulatory burden for small-to-mid sized companies to maintain a public filing very often outweighs the benefits of being a public company. This creates more private markets with less regulation.

Venture exchanges will help balance the cost of reporting with maintaining reporting for a safe marketplace so that all participants can benefit.

Liquidity

Problem

Owners of private or non-exchange listed public companies have little to no timely access to liquidity.

Venture exchanges will allow business owners and investors to sell shares of the company in a timely manner.

Disparity

Problem

Only the largest, multi-million dollar unicorn companies go public and list on stock exchanges which has created a growing gap between large and small businesses.

We are creating a marketplace that will lower the barrier to entry for small-to-mid sized businesses which will bridge this gap in company size.

Current Status

The Dream Exchange National Market System Exchange electronic infrastructure is under construction. We expect to undergo the exchange licensing process beginning in the second quarter of 2023. Contingent upon approval from the Securities Exchange Commission, our plan is to become operational during 2023. Legislation that will allow for the creation of venture exchanges is currently in congress. View the Main Street Growth Act page for the most up to date information

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I list my company on the National Market System Exchange

We are beginning the process of surveying the market to form listing standards and rules for our national market system exchange. Once our national market system exchange is operational, we will use feedback from the marketplace to incorporate into new listing rules and standards. We expect to enter the market for listings on our exchange as early as 2024.

What is a venture exchange?

A venture exchange is a brand new type of stock exchange that is currently pending legislation in the U.S. Congress. Once created, venture exchanges will expand the auction style stock exchange environment to small-to-mid sized companies, providing access to investment, liquidity, transparency, and improved regulation in this new marketplace.

When will the venture exchange be open?

In order to create the first venture exchange, a new piece of legislation called the Main Street Growth Act must be passed. Once enacted, the Main Street Growth Act will allow for venture exchanges to exist.
